Management said the capital will also bolster working capital and general operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">If completed as scheduled, the offering would lift Quantum&#8217;s pro-forma cash reserves to about $1.55 billion, giving it one of the stronger balance sheets among small-cap quantum names.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">The news came as shares surged 23% on Friday, following the company&#8217;s separate filing to register 26.9M shares for existing holders.
