class=\"c-paragraph\">He also had a 21-2-3 record with the AHL\u2019s Laval Rocket with a 1.96 GAA and .927 save percentage in 26 games last season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Blais joined the overall by the Blues in 2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Additionally, the Tampa Bay Lightning picked up forward Curtis Douglas off waivers from the Utah Mammoth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Douglas, 25, appeared in 63 games with the AHL\u2019s Tucson Roadrunners last season, recording 10 goals and 23 points.<\/p>\n<p><script async
