Looking gorgeous, both of you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>   From prioritising protein to lifting regularly<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what Denise and her aunt did to lose weight:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u201cWe both track macros, at first in a deficit for fat loss and currently in maintenance,\u201d Denise said.<\/p>\n<p>2. She added, \u201cWe both <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/lifestyle\/health\/fat-loss-coach-who-dropped-35-kilos-shares-6-simple-things-that-helped-her-weight-loss-prioritise-protein-in-every-meal-101752218306534.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"prioritise protein\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">prioritise protein<\/a> and eat enough to retain and build muscle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>3. Denise said, \u201cAnd we both lift regularly. We lift challenging weights with a goal of increasing our lean muscle mass. I lift 4x week and my Aunt (Karen) lifts 2x week (she also does pilates 3x week and she loves it).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>4. \u201cWe both aim for 10,000 total daily steps and prioritise sleep,\u201d Denise concluded, and added, \u201cDo these things consistently and amazing things will happen.
