Tyler, the Creator has no shortage of expert style moves in his arsenal. Whether he\u2019s color coordinating his baseball caps<\/a> or pairing ultra-rare Cartiers<\/a> with $15 Uniqlo T-shirts<\/a>, the style savant has a knack for bringing unexpected details and personal effects into his outfits on an advanced level. As of late, Tyler has introduced a quieter style move to his sartorial arsenal that\u2019s perfect for this early autumn weather\u2014the forever-classic sweater drape.<\/p>\n

At Monday\u2019s New York Film Festival screening<\/a> of the upcoming Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet flick Marty Supreme, Tyler, who co-stars in the film, delivered a masterclass in transitional dressing. First off: He sported white after Labor Day (yes, you can and you should!<\/a>), tucking a roomy alabaster T-shirt into pleated eggshell trousers. Around his waist, he wore a skinny black belt, featuring an iced-out buckle<\/a> by New York jeweler Alex Moss. Tyler finished things off with a \u201cPetalers\u201d cap from his own Golf le Fleur label, a pair of rugged brown boots, and\u2014the pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance\u2014a bold, digi-leopard-print jacket over his shoulders. (The jacket appears to be an as-yet-unreleased Golf le Fleur piece.) That final layer brought a whole new dimension to an otherwise simple, unassuming outfit.<\/p>\n
