The reality star famously went viral last year for wearing a dramatically tight, silver Margiela by John Galliano<\/a> look at the Met Gala. <\/p>\n

The ultra-tight gown, which gave her the illusion of having a drastically tiny waist, left social media users worried over whether she could breathe in such a waist-cinching ensemble. <\/p>\n

Now, Kardashian has emerged with another body-hugging look that has sparked concern on the internet about the Skims founder\u2019s safety. <\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Kardashian shared a series of photos<\/a> of herself going pantless in a vintage Thierry Mugler black corset bodysuit on Instagram. <\/p>\n

\u201cMugler Magic,\u201d she captioned the post. <\/p>\n

Social media users took to the comments section to share their thoughts. <\/p>\n

\u201cSlay diva but can you breathe?! [crying emojis],\u201d one person questioned. <\/p>\n

Another commented, \u201cI swear it looks like she\u2019s in pain with that on!!\u201d <\/p>\n

Other users praised the star\u2019s snug outfit. <\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the most iconic Mugler outfits,\u201d someone said, while another added, \u201cOk this is insane [heart eyes emoji]. I am obsessed [heart emoji]\u201d<\/p>\n

In an episode of \u201cThe Kardashians<\/a>\u201d earlier this year, Kardashian revealed that last year\u2019s fitted outfit at the Met Gala actually did present some physical challenges.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never felt this way before, where I feel like I can\u2019t breathe,\u201d she said in a confessional on the show in February. <\/p>\n

She added that she could only \u201chandle it for so long\u201d because she had to \u201cpee\u201d and felt like she was \u201cliterally dying.\u201d <\/p>\n
