The bar still feels impossibly high.<\/p>\n We’re now in an era where celebrities aren’t just showing us the results \u2014 they’re showing us the work.\u00a0<\/p>\n Think: Jennifer Aniston<\/a>‘s gym circuits, Bec Judd<\/a>‘s Reformer Pilates and facial ‘tweakments’, Margot Robbie<\/a>‘s pre-Barbie<\/a> “transformation.” And sure, there’s a kind of honesty to that.<\/p>\n But we need to be honest, too.<\/p>\n These women don’t just do the workout. Their job is the workout. They have trainers, chefs, physios and often, a very lucrative reason to get \u2014 and stay \u2014 in peak condition. It’s not just discipline.
