Country music star Chris Stapleton is taking a break on the advice from his doctors.<\/p>\n
The country music star announced on Thursday that he is postponing a pair of live shows on Oct. 10 and Oct. 11 in Florida as he battles bronchitis.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo all my friends in Hollywood, Florida, I am very sorry to let you all know I am battling bronchitis and am unable to perform this weekend\u2019s shows as my doctors have put me on vocal rest,\u201d he said in a statement shared to his Instagram account. <\/a>\u201cI want to sincerely thank anyone who made plans to attend these shows. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to seeing you next year.\u201d<\/p>\n Stapleton said that the show will be reschedule for January 10 and 11 and that all tickets form this weekend\u2019s concerts will be honored. <\/p>\n Fans were supportive of Stapleton in the replies.<\/p>\n \u201cSo bummed but we hope you feel better soon!!!\u201d one person wrote. \u201cWe\u2019ll be praying for your recovery!
