Badker would then rattle off nine-straight pars, shooting an even 36 on the front nine and -1 through his first ten holes of play. A double bogey on ten and bogey on his final hole, the par-three 17th, would end his day at two over par.<\/p>\n<p>As a team, the &#8216;Cats shot +30, placing NMU eighth of 12 teams. The &#8216;Cats best score from an athlete who could contribute to the team scoring was <a href=\"https:\/\/nmuwildcats.com\/sports\/mens-golf\/roster\/tyler-annala\/7681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"7681\" target=\"_blank\">Tyler Annala<\/a>, fresh off a T1 finish a few days ago. Annala\u00a0opened with ten pars and a double bogey in his first 11 holes before an eagle on the par-five 16th and birdie on the par-five 18th shot him to -1 through 15 holes. A bogey, triple-bogey, bogey finish in his final three holes brought him down to +4 and T20 on the field.<\/p>\n<p>The next chunk of Wildcats and rounding out the last three spots on the team scorecard was <a href=\"https:\/\/nmuwildcats.com\/sports\/mens-golf\/roster\/levi-pennala\/7683\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"7683\" target=\"_blank\">Levi Pennala<\/a> (+8), <a href=\"https:\/\/nmuwildcats.com\/sports\/mens-golf\/roster\/harvey-ylitalo\/7685\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"7685\" target=\"_blank\">Harvey Ylitalo<\/a> (+9), and <a href=\"https:\/\/nmuwildcats.com\/sports\/mens-golf\/roster\/jacob-daavettila\/7686\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"7686\" target=\"_blank\">Jacob Daavettila<\/a> (+9). Pennala\u00a0carded the only two birdies of the trio, circling the par-four 15th and par-four fifth. <a href=\"https:\/\/nmuwildcats.com\/sports\/mens-golf\/roster\/arthur-ylitalo\/7684\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"7684\" target=\"_blank\">Arthur Ylitalo<\/a> rounded out the &#8216;Cats, shooting a +14 with a birdie on the 18th.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The grouping of West Chester (+7), Lewis (+8), and Ohio Dominican (+9) pace the team scoring field, with Ty Doty of Lewis leading the individual scoring field at -2. Cayden Kwan of Davenport and Chase Forsyth of Ohio Dominican followed at -1, making them the only three to shoot in the red after 18 holes.<\/p>\n<p>The tournament concludes tomorrow with the final 18 holes from Stoatin Brae.
