Joy Behar of \u201cThe View\u201d had some thoughts about co-host Ana Navarro\u2019s choice of dress during Friday\u2019s episode of the daytime talk show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As the panel of hosts settled into their seats, Navarro was dressed in a striking long red dress<\/a>, with sleeves that extended to her hands. However, the dramatic look made sitting down more complicated than expected.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cGive me a minute. This dress isn\u2019t easy,\u201d Navarro said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The hosts chuckled at her comment, but Behar jumped in with a playful jab, \u201cWhere are you going in that dress?\u201d<\/p>\n

Without missing a beat, Navarro responded, \u201cI don\u2019t know, but I can\u2019t wave.\u201d<\/p>\n

The political strategist went on to explain that the restrictive design made waving nearly impossible, forcing her to resort to what she humorously called a \u201cpenguin wave.\u201d<\/p>\n

This description led Behar to joke that Navarro\u2019s hand movements resembled those of the notoriously short-armed\u00a0Tyrannosaurus rex, noting the positioning of her arms and the motions she made.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Behar has never been one to shy away from speaking her mind \u2014 on Tuesday, <\/a>the host offered her take on the 2028 presidential race during a discussion about President Donald Trump\u2019s calls to deploy the U.S. military to police states he views as crime-ridden.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a pretext to stop the next election. That\u2019s what I think it is,\u201d Behar said.<\/p>\n
