The high-stakes race of the NASCAR Playoff Series is here with\u00a0the South Point 400; the first race of round 8 is happening on October 12.<\/p>\n

Following a thrilling elimination race at the Charlotte Roval, the action now shifts to Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the first race of round 8 of the playoff series.\u00a0 Shane Van Gisbergen registered his fifth victory of the\u00a0NASCAR Cup Series\u00a0season in the\u00a0Bank of America ROVAL 400 last Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

With four races to go in the season, the Round of 8 of the NASCAR playoffs brings the opportunity to seal their spot in the\u00a0Championship 4 coming this weekend.\u00a0 Last year’s champion,\u00a0Joey Logano,\u00a0survived by four points in the round of 12 elimination race to make it to Las Vegas. The stakes will be high for Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell, Chase Briscoe, and Chase Elliott at Las Vegas, who would look to keep their hopes alive in the mix.<\/p>\n
