Katy Perry<\/a> and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau may have just confirmed their rumored romance<\/a>. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail<\/a>, the couple can be seen getting handsy and making out on the top deck of Perry\u2019s yacht, the Caravelle, off the coast of Santa Barbara. Looks like their relationship hasn\u2019t \u201ccooled off\u201d<\/a> after all.<\/p>\n Apparently, the photos were taken at \u201cthe end of last month\u201d by a passenger aboard \u201ca small public whale-watching boat.\u201d \u201cI didn\u2019t realize who [Perry] was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy\u2019s arm and I immediately realized it was Justin Trudeau,\u201d the source told the tabloid, likely referring to the Haida raven tattoo<\/a> on his shoulder. Besides traipsing around the yacht without a shirt on, Trudeau was also wearing jeans (?). Now that\u2019s a sighting.<\/p>\n While a source told the tabloid in August that Perry \u201cisn\u2019t ready to start dating anyone right now,\u201d it sure looks like things are going well between them. The pair were first romantically linked back in July when they were spotted out at Le Violon restaurant in Montreal.
