{"id":209266,"date":"2025-10-13T07:06:10","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T07:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/209266\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T07:06:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T07:06:10","slug":"dazzling-gala-once-again-helps-support-ck-hospitals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/209266\/","title":{"rendered":"Dazzling gala once again helps support CK hospitals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An annual\u00a0charity gala to support healthcare has raised\u00a0just over $210,000\u00a0for the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation (CKHAF).<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the gala raised $265,000 for the hospitals in Chatham and Wallaceburg.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, CKHAF said the 2025 Parade of Chefs Charity Gala held two weeks ago\u00a0at the\u00a0Bradley Convention Centre in Chatham was sold out.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Foundation,\u00a0175 guests were treated\u00a0to an evening\u00a0of flamenco dancers,\u00a0live music, dancing, and local cuisine and culture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce again, Parade of Chefs was truly a night to remember,\u201d said Christine Mitchell, President and CEO of the Foundation. \u201cThe energy in the room, the generosity of our community, and the incredible culinary talent all came together to create something truly special. Best of all, the proceeds will go right back into supporting our hospital and the patients who depend on it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The dinner featured dishes by The Ghurka Lounge, Forte Resto-Lounge, The John D.
