Iconic rock band AC\/DC is coming to Melbourne, and Fed Square has an epic idea to honour the rock legends.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It’s The Great Melbourne Bagpipe Bash.<\/p>\n
The plan is to gather 350 bagpipers on Wednesday, 12 November, in an attempt to break the world record for the largest ever bagpipe ensemble.<\/p>\n
They’ll play It’s A Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock ‘n’ Roll) in honour of the famous Swanston St video clip.<\/p>\n
ABC Radio Melbourne is supporting the event, and Drive with Ali Moore will be broadcasting live from Federation Square on November 12 to bring you the world record attempt live.<\/p>\n
