Justin Baldoni\u2019s former agent Danny Greenberg compared Blake Lively\u2019s alleged behavior on the set of the 2024 film \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d to \u201cextortion\u201d in court docs.<\/p>\n
The WME agent, who represented the actor while he worked on the movie, allegedly sent Baldoni suggestions on a letter to send to Sony regarding Lively\u2019s alleged \u201ceffort to gain control of the film\u201d in July 2024, according to court documents obtained by Page Six Monday.<\/p>\n
Per a transcript of Greenberg\u2019s deposition testimony, his \u201cuse of the word extortion\u201d was \u201creferencing [Lively\u2019s] cumulative behavior\u201d that Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, had to manage.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Page Six Monday, Greenberg discussed the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum\u2019s alleged \u201ceffort to gain control of the film\u201d during a deposition. LionsShareNews \/ BACKGRID<\/p>\n
Elsewhere in the testimony, the rep alleged he had \u201congoing conversations\u201d with Ange Giannetti, a Sony production executive, about the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum\u2019s behavior.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd at this point in time, what was on the table was the premiere issue,\u201d he said, referencing the August 2024 New York City premiere of the film, where Baldoni was allegedly ushered into a windowless basement<\/a> to avoid running into Lively, 38, on the red carpet.<\/p>\n Lively\u2019s spokesperson told Page Six Monday, \u201cThe court already dismissed their so-called \u2018taking over a movie\u2019 claim, and this cherry-picked deposition quote from Baldoni\u2019s prior agent before he was dropped from WME adds nothing new. In fact, the court\u2019s dismissal even assumed their allegations were true for the sake of argument \u2014 and still held that they don\u2019t amount to a valid claim under the law.\u201d<\/p>\n The rep added, \u201cThis is just a recycled distraction that has nothing to do with the actual sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit Baldoni and the Wayfare [sic] defendants are facing.\u201d <\/p>\n Reps for Baldoni, 41, weren\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.<\/p>\n He allegedly gave the actor suggestions on a letter to send to Sony regarding Lively\u2019s alleged behavior in July 2024. Getty Images<\/p>\n The co-stars first sparked feud rumors when they notably opted out of jointly promoting the Colleen Hoover film adaptation and posing together at the Big Apple premiere.<\/p>\n Lively confirmed the chatter in December 2024 when she filed a sexual harassment complaint<\/a> against the \u201cJane the Virgin\u201d alum.<\/p>\n She accused Baldoni in the complaint of showing her \u201cnude videos or images of women,\u201d talking about his past porn addiction, inquiring about her weight and coordinating a smear campaign to ruin her career.<\/p>\n Lively echoed these allegations<\/a> in a formal lawsuit filed later that month.<\/p>\n Reps for Lively and Baldoni weren\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
