It\u2019s Thanksgiving Weekend in Canada, which brings us three days of football to be thankful for as we reach Week 19.<\/p>\n

We went 3-2 last week, so let\u2019s get to the main course this week and find some winners.<\/p>\n

Toronto Argonauts at Saskatchewan Roughriders \u2014 Friday, October 10 at 9:00 p.m. EDT<\/p>\n

This may not be the biggest game of the weekend featuring a Toronto team, but this is still a big one as the Riders look to clinch first place in the West Division.<\/p>\n

The Argos have made five changes to the starting lineup<\/a> after being eliminated from playoff contention last week. Jarret Doege will get the start at quarterback in place of Nick Arbuckle and he\u2019ll look to improve on the four interceptions he threw against Steeltown.<\/p>\n

Saskatchewan got back on track last week with a 20-13 win over Ottawa, but it hasn\u2019t been all that easy for them recently, having lost the two preceding games.<\/p>\n

However, with all of their weapons now back in the lineup, this could be a get-right spot for their offence as they take on a Toronto defence that has given up the most points per game in the CFL this season.<\/p>\n

Toronto has allowed 30-plus points in exactly half of their 16 games this year, including in their Week 3 loss to the Riders, which came by a score of 39-33. Many of those 30-plus outings came early in the season, but they struggled against Hamilton last week with the East Division-leading Tabbies putting up 47 points.<\/p>\n

The spread in this game is 10.5, which is a bit too much for a Riders team that has only won by double digits three times this season. With that said, they\u2019re going to use this as an opportunity to get back on track offensively, and I don\u2019t see the Argos providing much resistance there.<\/p>\n

\nCalgary Stampeders at Hamilton Tiger-Cats \u2014 Saturday, October 11 at 3:00 p.m. EDT<\/p>\n

Bo Levi Mitchell will look to add to his former team\u2019s problems as his Tiger-Cats host the Stampeders.<\/p>\n

Calgary spent most of the season looking like a dominant threat, but four losses in a row have dropped the team to third in the West Division. Meanwhile, Hamilton righted the ship against Toronto last week with a 47-29 win.<\/p>\n

That 47-point performance has Hamilton sitting second in the league in points per game now, while Calgary is still tied for second-fewest in points allowed per game despite the recent onslaught.<\/p>\n

Any season-long stats that paint Calgary\u2019s defence in a positive light are largely a statement on how dominant they were early in the year. The Red and White have given up 30-plus points in each of their last four games, including last week\u2019s demolition at the hands of the Lions. During the team\u2019s four-game losing skid, they are allowing nearly 40 points per game.<\/p>\n

The team is hoping the acquisition of Lorenzo Mauldin IV<\/a> can eventually stop the bleeding, but this Hamilton offence is a tough one to face when things aren\u2019t going well.<\/p>\n

Mitchell has saved some of his best performances for his former team. I don\u2019t expect that to change here as he looks to add to Calgary\u2019s woes.<\/p>\n
