Reba McEntire<\/a> reunited with Nick Jonas<\/a> again on The Voice<\/a> on Monday evening (October 13).<\/p>\n

Jonas, who has previously served as a coach, returned to the competition show as a battle advisor for Team Reba. The pop megastar gave McEntire a throwback photo when the pair worked together on Annie Get Your Gun. Both Jonas and McEntire made their Broadway debut in the musical in 2001. Jonas told McEntire that \u201cyou were like my advisor\u2026so I appreciate you having me here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jonas added in an interview with Entertainment Tonight<\/a>\u2019s Cassie DiLaura that \u201cit\u2019s a full circle thing for me\u201d to reunite with McEntire as a battle advisor for her team.<\/p>\n

During The Voice Battles, Team Reba artists Aaron Nichols and Daron Lameek joined forces on a powerful rendition of Elvin Bishop<\/a>‘s \u201cFooled Around and Fell in Love,\u201d earning praise from coaches Niall Horan<\/a>, Snoop Dogg<\/a> and Michael Bubl\u00e9<\/a>. McEntire hailed it a \u201cshowstopper.\u201d Watch the performance below<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love to encourage,\u201d McEntire said of\u00a0The Voice\u00a0in an interview with iHeartCountry earlier this year<\/a>. \u201cI can\u2019t tell anybody, \u2018Don\u2019t do this. Go get a job. You\u2019re not suited for this.\u2019 But the way that we get to do the \u2013 I don\u2019t say critique \u2013 advice, it\u2019s helpful advice. It\u2019s not tear-down. We want to lift up. We want to inspire. We want to encourage, not tear down. They get enough of that out there in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n
