Maika Monroe\u00a0(Longlegs) and\u00a0Mary Elizabeth Winstead\u00a0(Birds of Prey) lead the cast of Hulu\u2019s\u00a0The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, a fresh new take on the classic 1990s thriller from director\u00a0Michelle Garza Cervera\u00a0(Huesera: The Bone Woman<\/a>). It\u2019s coming to Hulu and Disney+ in one week, and the film has received an official \u201cR\u201d rating this week.<\/p>\n

The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, which will begin streaming on October 22, is officially rated \u201cR\u201d for \u201csome strong\/bloody violence, sexual content and language.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Hand That Rocks the Cradle\u00a0is\u00a0written by\u00a0Micah Bloomberg\u00a0based on a screenplay by\u00a0Amanda Silver. The producers are Michael Schaefer, Mike LaRocca, and Ted Field, and the executive producers are Michael Napoliello, Maria Frisk, and Seth William Meier.<\/p>\n
