And while the weather caused a few scheduling tweaks, it\u2019s the riding that\u2019s stealing the spotlight.<\/p>\n<p>Women push freeride to new heights<\/p>\n<p>The women\u2019s field has seriously leveled up this year. Riders are dropping into the same exposed ridgelines and massive features as the men did in 2015. Including the no-fall-zone Battleship and a gaping canyon jump that only a handful of freeriders have hit in Rampage history.<\/p>\n<p>Canada\u2019s field has been cut in half after <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingmagazine.ca\/mtb\/casey-brown-and-vaea-verbeeck-crash-out-of-rampage-early\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Casey Brown and Vaea Verbeeck<\/a> suffered injuries in practice, but the remaining two Canadian riders are still set to make their mark. Those Canadians are Georgia Astle and <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingmagazine.ca\/mtb\/nelsons-kirsten-van-horne-makes-history-with-rampage-invite\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kirsten Van Horne<\/a>. The women\u2019s competition will showcase just how far freeride has come and how fearless the next generation is.<\/p>\n<p>Four rookies ready to drop<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, the men take their turn. And the lineup is stacked with talent, including four Rampage rookies making their debut on the cliffs of Virgin. Those include Aiden Parish, Dylan Stark, Finley Kirschemann and Canadian <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingmagazine.ca\/mtb\/hayden-zablotny-earns-a-spot-at-red-bull-rampage-2025\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hayden Zablotny<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019ll join seasoned names like Tom van Steenbergen and Kurt Sorge, two Canadians who helped define Rampage\u2019s legacy. With a course loaded with huge step-downs, technical chutes and camera-ready canyon gaps, expect a mix of chaos, style and precision when the men drop in.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest show in freeride<\/p>\n<p>Red Bull Rampage is freeride mountain biking\u2019s ultimate spectacle.
