This October, the community is invited to come together in strength, solidarity, and support at the Nurse Next Door Walk for Hope\u2014a powerful event focused on breast cancer awareness, early detection, and raising funds for life-saving care.<\/p>\n
Taking place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Lee Park in North Bay, the walk aims to empower women to take charge of their health, celebrate survivors, and
\nsupport those affected by breast cancer. It\u2019s more than a walk, it\u2019s a movement. Breast cancer touches thousands of lives every year, but with early detection and
\nbetter tools, survival rates increase dramatically.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s Walk for Hope is dedicated to empowering men and women through education and action, with a fundraising goal to support the purchase of AI-powered mammography software\u2014a cutting-edge tool that enhances early detection, reduces false positives, and delivers faster, more accurate results for the North Bay Regional Health Centre.<\/p>\n
