The Buffalo Bills<\/a> looked like the best team in the NFL throughout the first four weeks of the season, but have now dropped two straight.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Bills haven’t played too well on either side of the football, but the offense only scoring a combined 34 points with Josh Allen under center is a bit concerning. It’s something Buffalo will have to figure out over the next few weeks, with the trade deadline approaching on Nov. 4.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If there’s one thing the Bills will need, it remains at the wide receiver position. The lack of weapons the Bills have put around Allen over the past few years has been upsetting, and there isn\u2019t a better time for them to fix it than now.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There are expected to be multiple high-end receivers available, including Jakobi Meyers of the Las Vegas Raiders<\/a>. Meyers isn\u2019t elite by any means, but he’s above average and can likely walk into Buffalo and be the WR1.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When looking at potential landing spots and trade ideas, Jared Dubin of CBS Sports listed the Bills as a team that could make a trade for the young wide receiver.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Bills feel like they are right now a year behind the cycle that the Kansas City Chiefs went through with their wide receivers. For the first couple of years after Tyreek Hill left, the Chiefs felt like they were fine cobbling things together. But then last year, they felt like they had to make a trade for DeAndre Hopkins when things weren’t going all that well…<\/p>\n

\u201cMeyers has been known as a slot guy for much of his career, but these last two years he’s actually spent some more time playing on the perimeter. He and Shakir would be able to coexist in the offense, complementing each other’s skill sets,\u201d he wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meyers requested a trade during the offseason, seemingly upset with his contract with the Raiders.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They didn’t come together on a deal, but he’s played well this year with 329 yards on 29 receptions.<\/p>\n
