Neil Young<\/a> has announced a 50th anniversary edition of his 1975 album Tonight\u2019s the Night.<\/p>\n

Due out on November 28th, the limited-edition release contains six bonus tracks, including unreleased original versions of \u201cLookout Joe\u201d and \u201cWalk On,\u201d both recorded during the 1973 album sessions at S.I.R. in Los Angeles. In particular, \u201cLookout Joe\u201d replaces the original album version on the 50th anniversary reissue.<\/p>\n

The tracklist also contains an unreleased version of \u201cTonight\u2019s The Night,\u201d as well as bonus tracks \u201cEverybody\u2019s Alone,\u201d \u201cRaised on Robbery\u201d (featuring Joni Mitchell,) and \u201cSpeakin\u2019 Out\u201d originally released in Neil Young Archives Vol. II. Also of note is the presence of an early version of \u201cWonderin’\u201d, recorded during the sessions for Tonight\u2019s the Night, which was previously only to stream on Young\u2019s website. All six of these bonus tracks are being released on vinyl for the first time.<\/p>\n

The reissue also includes a newly imagined take of the album\u2019s original artwork.<\/p>\n

As Young recently pulled his music from Amazon<\/a>, calling on his fans to boycott the company and \u201csupport your community.\u201d As such, the 50th anniversary edition of Tonight\u2019s the Night will be available via independent record stores and Warner Records\u2019 website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
