Jennifer Aniston has been a style icon for decades. Most of us tried to replicate \u201cthe Rachel\u201d haircut from her Friends days in the \u201890s, and when the 56-year old actor and producer appears on screen today, we still take notes on her stunning appearance. Recently, Aniston appeared on a segment of Harper\u2019s Bazaar UK\u2019s \u201cInside My Beauty Bag<\/a>\u201d series, where she showed viewers what she carries with her on the daily, from mineral sunscreen to a band that helps her sneak in an arm workout whens he has a bit of downtime.\n<\/p>\n

Aniston said her beauty philosophy is simple: \u201cWhatever works,\u201d she shared. \u201cIf it’s not broken, don\u2019t fix it \u2026 I don\u2019t really follow trends. I like to stick with what works for me.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

She also said she feels \u201cmost beautiful\u201d when she\u2019s \u201ctaking care of\u201d herself, which happens to involve carrying a small piece of workout equipment with her whenever she can.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t ever travel without this,\u201d Aniston said as she pulled a resistance band-type piece of equipment from her bag. \u201cThis is my P.band. If you\u2019re bored and have nothing better to do and are sitting around waiting on set, which happens, or just in between takes or set ups or you\u2019re on vacation or you\u2019re watching a TV show, this is just really good for working out and for giving your arms a little extra.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

I think I\u2019ll be tossing it into my own beauty bag in the future, so I can squeeze in some arm exercises while waiting to pick up my kids or sitting in the forever-long coffee shop drive-through line.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
