The loan carried monthly payments of approximately $9,114.58 and was scheduled to run through February 2052.<\/p>\n<p>Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/p>\n<p>The foreclosure filing, dated October 15, 2025, states Georgina defaulted by failing to pay portions of principal, interest, taxes, insurance and other fees.
