The team\u2019s legendary center A\u2019ja Wilson scored 31 points in the season finale, capping off a four-game sweep of the Phoenix Mercury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Wilson, the league\u2019s MVP, WNBA Finals MVP, and scoring title winner, was also the co-winner of the WNBA\u2019s defensive player of the year honor. Speaking to the Associated Press, said her achievements being compared to those of Michael Jordan was powerful.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cI still have a little more winning to do before you put me in the conversation with him, but when you\u2019re compared to greats, when you\u2019re compared to legends, that means you\u2019re doing something right, and I am so grateful,\u201d Wilson said.<\/p>\n<p>Las Vegas Aces fans gathered at Toshiba Plaza to celebrate another championship win.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The championship celebration is set to travel south on Tropicana Avenue, to Park Avenue, and take a left turn into a rally in Toshiba Plaza, where Aces stars will walk a red carpet to the stage. Performances from artists Ludacris, M\u00fda, and Crime Mob are scheduled for the event.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Live coverage of the parade starts at 5 p.m. on fox5vegas.com. It will extend to 7:30 p.m. as fans line Las Vegas Boulevard, eventually filing into Toshiba Plaza near T-Mobile Arena to rally for the WNBA Champions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 KVVU.
