After the MMA legend won the heavyweight strap in March of 2023, it\u2019s been in limbo. Jones clearly didn\u2019t want to fight interim champ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapology.com\/fightcenter\/fighters\/23273-tom-aspinall\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Tom Aspinall<\/a>, but the UFC allowed him to drag the process out for two years.<\/p>\n<p>Well, Jones is out of the picture now, and Aspinall is ready to defend the undisputed championship.
