There&#8217;s also a swimming pool, spa, bocce ball court and BBQ area on the grounds.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Lori and Mossimo purchased the home in 2020 &#8212; shortly after news of the college admission scandal broke &#8212; for $9.5 million, and originally listed the house for sale in February 2024 for $16.5 million. They brought the price down to the eventual sale price in July &#8230; so, it looks like they&#8217;ll make a tidy profit on the property.<\/p>\n<p>As you know, the two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/10\/02\/lori-loughlin-mossimo-giannulli-separate\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced they separated<\/a> earlier this month &#8230; and, our sources told us the two were living in separate houses &#8212; Lori in L.A. and Mossimo up in Sun Valley, Idaho.
