The Minot State Women’s Soccer team heads on the road this weekend after a strong showing during their split weekend.<\/p>\n
Last weekend, the Beavers battled Northern State to a 1\u20131 draw, with Emerie Campbell<\/a> finding the back of the net off an assist from Sierra Haren<\/a>. They followed up that effort with an explosive 5\u20130 victory over Jamestown, powered by goals from Iliana Rivera<\/a>, Sabrina Amezcua<\/a> (2), Edelin Ortega<\/a>, and Leah Salas<\/a>.<\/p>\n Riding that momentum, Minot State looks to continue their offensive rhythm as they travel to take on Southwest Minnesota State on Oct. 24 at 5 p.m.\u00a0and the University of Sioux Falls on Oct. 26 at 1 p.m. With conference play heating up, the Beavers aim to build on last weekend’s success and keep climbing in the standings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
