Rogers<\/a> has won the 2025 National Business Book Award.<\/p>\n<p>The $30,000 prize recognizes the best business-related writing and research in Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Posadzki is a Toronto-based business reporter for the Globe and Mail. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/books\/rogers-v-rogers-by-alexandra-posadzki-1.7147303\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Rogers v. Rogers<\/a>\u00a0is her behind-the-scenes investigative account of the battle for control of Rogers, Canada&#8217;s largest wireless carrier, after the death of the company&#8217;s founder Ted Rogers.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/books\/rogers-v-rogers-by-alexandra-posadzki-1.7147303\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Rogers v. Rogers<\/a>\u00a0is a detailed investigative account of the telecom empire and its rules of corporate governance exposes the high-stakes disputes between the factions within the company&#8217;s boardroom and the Rogers family.\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>The prize was awarded at a gala event on Oct. 21 in Toronto. <\/p>\n<p>The National Business Book Award is an award which celebrates Canadian authors who produce works demonstrating excellence in their originality, research and relevance to contemporary business. <\/p>\n<p>Previous winners of the award include Stephen Poloz, Chrystia Freeland, Andrea Benoit and Daniel Levitin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Alexandra Posadzki&#8217;s nonfiction work Rogers v.
