She also named-dropped Mariah Carey and Beyonc\u00e9, recalling one time when Beyonc\u00e9 personally invited her to her music video set. “I was just there in the corner like, ‘Why am I here?'” Ariana joked. “[Beyonc\u00e9] just was being kind, she just gave me a little advice \u2014 I asked \u2014 and she was so kind. Even if I’m not super close, it was just a really kind thing for her to do that.”<\/p>\n
