You may not want to meal prep, you may not want to go to the gym or hop on the treadmill for extra steps. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut your future dream body is going to be meal prepping, it&#8217;s going to be walking, it\u2019s going to be active in general. So implementing good habits right now is so important. It\u2019s so, so important.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wish I knew back then that this is what it is going to take. When I weighed more, I felt lost; I didn\u2019t really know what to do. I wasn\u2019t implementing good habits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wish that I had done that, so this is a friendly reminder to do what you\u2019ve got to do for the body you want in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Annabella has shared a host of videos on the positive habits she implemented at the beginning of her weight loss journey.<\/p>\n<p>In an earlier clip, she let viewers in on a surprising weight loss habit that involves adding lettuce to every single meal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI did not come out of the womb enjoying salads,\u201d she explained. \u201cIn fact, I thought they were boring and tasteless, but honestly, a big part of my 100lb weight loss has to do with lettuce.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo if you really just want to feel full without the calories, lettuce is literally a game-changer because you can really just throw a savoury meal on a bed of lettuce and just call it a day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s such a game-changer if you do struggle with feeling full and satisfied. Just try to put a bunch of protein on a bed of lettuce.
