This marks the third time in 12 months that Yohans has been released from custody.

Back in August 2024, he was released by police in Toronto and was re-arrested after failing to check in with Guelph police.

On March 1 2025, Yohans was released for a second time and was later spotted on campus at the University of Guelph. He was re-arrested nine days later on March 10 after allegedly breaching a court order when he went near an address he was told to stay away from.

Anyone who sees him are asked not to approach him but to notify police to ensure he is abiding by his conditions.

Guelph police have issued a warning to the public after a high risk offender was released from custody…

[2
43,44,41,39,42,40
post-24100","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-headlines","tag-headlines","tag-news","tag-top-news","tag-top-stories","tag-topnews","tag-topstories
["GET
