The two stars, who have met in 10 <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.atptour.com\/en\/players\/atp-head-2-head\/tsitsipas-tsitsipas-vs-khachanov-khachanov\/te51\/ke29\" target=\"_blank\">Lexus ATP Head2Head meetings<\/a>, spent extended time in crosscourt rallies. <\/p>\n<p>The 2018 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atptour.com\/en\/tournaments\/toronto\/421\/overview\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">National Bank Open Presented by Rogers<\/a> finalist will be eager for a deep run following a 19-13 start to his season, according to the Infosys ATP Win\/Loss Index. The 26-year-old explained his split on social media Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Working with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atptour.com\/en\/players\/goran-ivanisevic\/i034\/overview\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Goran Ivanisevic<\/a>\u00a0was brief but an intense experience and a truly valuable chapter in my journey,&#8221; <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.atptour.com\/en\/news\/tsitsipas-ivanisevic-split-2025\" target=\"_blank\">Tsitsipas wrote in a statement posted on his Instagram story<\/a>. &#8220;I&#8217;m thankful for the time, effort and energy he dedicated to me and my team.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.atptour.com\/en\/news\/it-all-adds-up-hub\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"It All Adds Up\" style=\"width:100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/1753486627_297_it-all-adds-up-banner.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/sport.hrt.hr\/tenis\/ivanisevic-prvi-put-o-prekidu-suradnje-s-tsitsipasom-12261204\" target=\"_blank\">Ivanisevic told media outlet HRT<\/a> that he spoke to Tsitsipas this week, bringing their short-lived player-coach relationship to a close.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had a nice chat, it&#8217;s something that&#8217;s been going on for the last ten days, there&#8217;s no bad blood, we thanked each other,\u201d Ivanisevic said. \u201cHe decided to try again with his father. I honestly, most sincerely mean this, the only person who can coach him is his dad.
