Oscar Piastri has just overtaken a very sluggish Yuki Tsunoda, again, to move into seventh.<\/p>\n
Tsunoda is yet to pit.<\/p>\n
Piastri is now where he started.<\/p>\n
He is 1.8 seconds behind George Russell, who tells his team that he is quicker than his teammate Kimi Antonelli.<\/p>\n
A battle between the Mercedes drivers would help Piastri.<\/p>\n

I do not want to jink this.<\/p>\n
But, Oliver Bearman is currently running in fourth.<\/p>\n
When Max Verstappen pits, he will be third.<\/p>\n
This is the 210th grand prix in the history of Haas. They have never achieved a podium.<\/p>\n
Is Oliver Bearman the man to deliver a historic result?<\/p>\n

This is a terrific performance from Norris and McLaren.<\/p>\n

Ferrari pits Charles Leclerc from second. Leclerc drops to third, with Max Verstappen yet to pit.<\/p>\n

As it stands, Oscar Piastri is in a three-way fight for seventh.<\/p>\n
Mercedes driver George Russell is seventh, Oscar Piastri is 1.4 seconds behind, and Lewis Hamilton is a further 2.5 seconds adrift of the Aussie.<\/p>\n

George Russell comes out, just in front of Oscar Piastri.<\/p>\n
A slightly slow stop from McLaren has cost the Aussie a chance of jumping the Mercedes ace.<\/p>\n

When the television broadcast is hardlky showing the race leader, it indicates it is a dominant performance.<\/p>\n
That is happening at the moment, and the driver in front is Lando Norris.<\/p>\n
He has a lead of more than 10 seconds to Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc.<\/p>\n
Norris could pit on this lap and potentially come out in front of Piastri, who is still eighth.<\/p>\n

Oscar Piastri is in the DRS range.<\/p>\n
He opens his wing down the main straight and he gets close.<\/p>\n
Then, out of the slow turn three, he can open the rear wing again.<\/p>\n
However, the traction on the Mercedes seems to be better out of slow corners, costing the Aussie.<\/p>\n

HAMILTON \u2014 10 SECOND PENALTY<\/p>\n
Lewis Hamilton has been given a 10-second penalty from the stewards.<\/p>\n
The Ferrari driver has been penalised for leaving the track and gaining an advantage.<\/p>\n
This was for when he went off track in his battle with Max Verstappen.<\/p>\n
Hamilton did not follow the escape road, and when he got back onto the road, he had a much bigger advantage than when he went off.<\/p>\n
Hamilton is about 10 seconds ahead of Oscar Piastri in eighth.<\/p>\n

While Australia focuses on Piastri in eighth, out in front, Lando Norris is hammering home his advantage.<\/p>\n
The Brition’s lead over Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc is over five seconds.<\/p>\n
For Piastri, he is 1.6 seconds behind seventh-placed George Russell.<\/p>\n
Overtaking is difficult in Mexico, so Piastri will need to improve his pace significantly to claw his way back into this race.<\/p>\n

Oscar Piastri is much closer to Yuki Tsunoda as they start the 11th lap.<\/p>\n
The Australian can open his rear wing, and he comfortably passes the Red Bull.<\/p>\n
Piastri up to eighth.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, everything is going perfectly for his teammate Lando Norris.<\/p>\n
As it stands, Norris will take the lead of the championship by seven points.<\/p>\n

George Russell tries to pick up the pieces, but he is forced wide.<\/p>\n
Haas driver Olliue Bearman is now up to fourth, behind Hamilton who is third.<\/p>\n
