Love Is Blind <\/a>season 9 star Anna Yuan has an impassioned message for rampant online body-shamers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cReminder that it\u2019s weird as f*** to message a person you don\u2019t know to comment about their weight or physical appearance,\u201d Anna, 28, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, October 25. \u201cPlease, for the love of God touch grass!\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cAlso, yes, I\u2019ve lost about 40lbs since filming. It\u2019s not that deep and, again, you are weird [for commenting on it].\u201d<\/p>\n

The hairstylist previously condemned fan comments about her body after the season 9 premiere of Love Is Blind earlier this fall.<\/p>\n

\u201cHi friends, reminder that I am human,\u201d she wrote via her Instagram Story<\/a> on October 2. \u201cA human who has devoted her life into a craft to make other women feel beautiful. I have struggled with my weight since I was a little girl. For the first time in my life, I am proud of how healthy I am. I\u2019m not a character. I\u2019m a real human being just like you. Be kind. Love you all anyway.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anna appeared on season 9 of Netflix\u2019s Love Is Blind, where she formed connections with Patrick Suzuki and Blake Anderson in the pods. Anna, however, withdrew from the show mid-experiment once she realized her person wasn\u2019t on the other side of the pod wall.<\/p>\n

\u201cI started seeing myself being pretty vulnerable, and it scared me a little bit because this is an intimate part of my brain. These are very sensitive topics for me,\u201d Anna told Tudum earlier this month about her decision to leave the reality TV dating experiment early. \u201cIt\u2019s not that I\u2019m just sharing it with whoever I\u2019m dating or the other women \u2014 this is going to be broadcast for people.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Anna, she doesn\u2019t regret walking away.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think I regret it because I don\u2019t think the connections were strong enough to have a successful marriage from there,\u201d she added to Tudum, noting she applied for the show without any expectation of getting engaged. \u201cI went in there thinking that anything could happen. I\u2019d be OK if I didn\u2019t find somebody because it\u2019s such a wild thing, and it\u2019s so far off from how any of us have dated before.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Anna made peace with her choice, she was saddened that her decision hurt Patrick, 31, after ghosting him on a date in the pods.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried it, [and] ultimately it didn\u2019t work out for me and that\u2019s OK,\u201d Anna said via her Instagram Stories earlier this month. “The only thing I cared about<\/a> was hurting Patrick with how I exited the show, and I deeply regretted that. Since then, he and I have built a friendship that means a lot to me, and that\u2019s all that matters. Although, I\u2019m grateful for this experience, this was filmed almost two years ago. When I left, I wanted that chapter to come to a close.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Anna\u2019s hasty exit, Patrick pursued fellow contestant Kacie McIntosh and they got engaged at the end of the 10-day pod experiment. Kacie, 34, ultimately broke off her engagement<\/a> several hours after meeting Patrick in person over a lack of physical attraction.<\/p>\n
