Ebon is married to Yelena Yemchuk<\/p>\n

Ebon, 48, and Yelena, 55, met in the 1990s through a mutual friend, but they were both in relationships at the time. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I saw Ebon, I was, like, \u2018Oh, my God, he\u2019s cute. Who is this guy?\u2019 My friend was, like, \u2018Forget it, he has a girlfriend and he\u2019s an actor.\u2019 And I was, like, \u2018Ugh!\u2019 When you think of an actor as a boyfriend, that\u2019s not where you want to go. They just seem like such a pain in the ass,\u201d Yelena told The New Yorker in 2022. She added, \u201cEbon is the least actor-y actor I\u2019ve ever met.\u201d<\/p>\n

A year and a half after they met, Ebon and Yelena were eventually single and they started dating. They have not revealed when they got married.<\/p>\n

The couple share two daughters \u2013 Sasha, who was born in 2007, and Maribelle, who was born in 2010. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is amazing about this relationship is it exists on two very important levels,\u201d Billy told the Los Angeles Times<\/a> back in the day. \u201cWe have a total love connection as a man and a woman, which is very deep. At the same time, because we are both artists, there is a total support and understanding for each other\u2019s work.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t feel I have to explain my obsession. I don\u2019t have to explain why I am in the studio for 16 hours a day. She understands. . . .
