\n\tJennifer Lopez<\/a> and Ben Affleck<\/a> are dying to unload their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which was recently taken off the market<\/a>. The home they bought in 2023 hasn\u2019t found a buyer, and it sounds like it\u2019s not going to be billionaire Jeff Bezos<\/a> and his wife, Lauren S\u00e1nchez.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to Naughty But Nice podcast host Rob Shuter, the newlyweds didn\u2019t find the former couple\u2019s decor up to par.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThey didn\u2019t even make it through the whole tour,\u201d an insider claimed to #ShuterScoop<\/a>. \u201cJeff looked around and said it felt like \u2018Versailles had a baby with a Vegas penthouse.\u2019 And not in a good way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLopez and Affleck\u2019s reported \u201cover-the-top\u201d interior design was different than what they were looking for. Bezos and S\u00e1nchez want \u201crefined, understated, and architectural,\u201d per the source, and the Amazon founder reportedly found the estate lacking \u201cwarmth.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tAs of 2023, Bezos and his bride were building a $175 million home <\/a>in Beverly Hills that may not be completed yet. It might be why they were looking for a temporary residence until construction is finished. The Daily Mail<\/a> shared that the 90210 address already had \u201ca three-story main home, a guest house, gym, a pergola and a security guard house,\u201d but they wanted to add 1,000 square feet to the already 28,000 square-foot residence.<\/p>\n

\n\tLopez and Affleck\u2019s place spans 38,000 square feet and boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms with incredible A-list amenities<\/a>: boxing ring, sports lounge, movie theater. It was original set to be the perfect place for their blended family.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe exes were probably hoping that the Amazon founder loved their former estate because The U.S. Sun<\/a> revealed in October 2023 that Lopez and Affleck have a $20 million interest-only mortgage that\u2019s a \u201c30-year home loan with JPMorgan Chase Bank.\u201d The principal pay-off doesn\u2019t even begin to kick in until November 2033 \u2014 and we have a feeling they will want to offload the property long before that date.<\/p>\n
