On December 1, the trial between NASCAR and two race teams is set to begin. 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports opened the antitrust lawsuit late last year.<\/p>\n
There were recent meetings regarding a possible settlement. However, they were unable to agree to terms.<\/p>\n

Now, both sides have agreed to a set of rules for the trial.<\/p>\n No personal attacks will be allowed in the trial. Both sides have also agreed not to reference prior cases of attorneys on both sides (Jeffrey Kessler and Christopher Yates).<\/p>\n And, more interestingly, there will be no mention allowed of NASCAR executive Brian France. That includes discussion of his departure from the sport.<\/p>\n Brian France was the former NASCAR Chairman from 2003 to 2018. He abruptly left the company following a DUI charge in Sag Harbor, New York.
