{"id":245246,"date":"2025-10-28T08:37:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T08:37:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/245246\/"},"modified":"2025-10-28T08:37:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T08:37:07","slug":"new-mental-health-seats-in-kettering-irthlingborough-and-moulton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/245246\/","title":{"rendered":"New mental health seats in Kettering, Irthlingborough and Moulton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">LOTB hopes the benches underline the message that &#8220;someone is always listening&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">They are at Kettering&#8217;s Rockingham Pleasure Park, an orchard in Moulton and Irthlingborough&#8217;s recreation ground.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">It follows installations in Abington Park, Northampton, and the village of Mawsley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Mr Hemmington became involved in LOTB after meeting Mickey Hazard at an event. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;Sometimes in life you set a target and this came along at the right time,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Mr Hemmington and his colleagues at a building supplies company have since raised \u00a310,000, funding five benches across the county. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">At the Northampton unveiling, Jane Birch, the mayor, said: &#8220;The information on this bench, provides access to support services which could be the first step for someone accessing the help they need.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"LOTB hopes the benches underline the message that &#8220;someone is always listening&#8221;.
