American tennis star Taylor Fritz<\/a> has been dating Morgan Riddle since 2020, but there is still one thing he won’t allow in their relationship.<\/p>\n

Fritz, 28, met Riddle through the celebrity dating app Raya<\/a>, and the pair have been going strong ever since. Fritz was previously married and fathered a child with his ex-wife, whom he co-parents outside of his hectic tennis schedule.<\/p>\n

Riddle is often seen supporting Fritz at tennis tournaments, and even quit her job to become an influencer and help him on the road<\/a>. Riddle has thrived as a content creator and regularly uploads videos with Fritz on TikTok, but he refuses to go too far out of his comfort zone.<\/p>\n

When Fritz met Riddle, she was a media director at a video game nonprofit. Fritz was establishing himself before the pandemic, and his relationship with Riddle had become serious once normality had resumed.<\/p>\n

Initially, Riddle took advantage of remote working and traveled worldwide with Fritz until it became too inconvenient. Riddle quit her job, switched her attention to content creation, and established a large fan base.<\/p>\n

With almost 500,000 Instagram followers and over 600,000 fans on TikTok, the experiment paid off. Fritz frequently appears in Riddle’s content as she documents her life as the girlfriend of a tennis star, but he also partakes in viral trends.<\/p>\n

However, Fritz is selective about which trends he participates in and refuses to do lip-synching videos, a phenomenon on TikTok. “Sometimes, if it\u2019s not a distraction, she\u2019ll ask me to do some kind of trend,” Fritz told GQ<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Most of the time, I\u2019ll be like, \u2018That\u2019s kind of cringe. I don\u2019t want to do it.\u2019” Riddle then added: “He won\u2019t lip-synch for a video. That\u2019s his number one rule.”<\/p>\n

Fritz then explained one of the reasons why. “Nooooo chance. I will see that everywhere on social media,” he said.<\/p>\n

Although he doesn’t always agree to videos with Riddle, he’s delighted that she’s been able to build a career around his tennis. “I\u2019d much rather have Morgan travel with me and do what she\u2019s doing: one, push the sport of tennis, and two, make money doing it,” he said.<\/p>\n

“At least she\u2019s making something of,” Fritz added, before Riddle said: “The cards I was dealt. Might as well capitalize on it.”<\/p>\n

Fritz has also clarified that while he’s happy for Riddle to push the boundaries, it can’t distract from his tennis career. “Morgan knows not to do anything that could be a distraction to what I\u2019m doing,” he said.<\/p>\n

While Riddle gambled with her employment status, she quickly noticed that she had found a gap in the market. “Tennis WAGs in the past were relatively private,” Riddle said.<\/p>\n

“Not only WAGs, but players too\u2014the travel, the hotels, the players\u2019 lounges, it was very walled off to everyone. All those private spaces were really private, and I started blasting them on TikTok.
