I said, \u2018Give me a good yank.\u2019 I said, \u2018Doctor, I don\u2019t want to see you in six months. Get in there and start pulling, yanking.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When asked if she\u2019s satisfied with the results, Kathy said, \u201cI kind of am.
