everyone&#8217;s invited &#8230; &#8216;cept the devil!!!<\/p>\n<p>TMZ caught up with both Uncle Charlie and El DeBarge outside Hollywood Unlocked on Thursday &#8230; their &#8220;Uncle Charlie&#8217;s Cookout&#8221;
