F13 Performance,<\/a> a small group training and sport performance business in the Lehigh Valley, will celebrate the grand opening of its newest facility on Saturday, Nov. 8. <\/p>\n

The event at 4630 Broadway Road in Allentown will begin with an open house at 9 a.m., followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Founded by Robert Eschbach in 2014, F13 Performance has grown over the past 11 years into what the company describes as a premier fitness destination in the region. The business serves teens, adults, and athletes of all levels through its proprietary \u201cFour S\u2019s Method\u201d \u2013 Strength, Stability, Skill, and Sweat.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis facility is the realization of a dream that started when I was in high school here in the Valley,\u201d said Eschbach, a Northwestern Lehigh High School graduate and Lehigh Valley native. \u201cWe wanted to create a place where people can train how they want, when they want, without compromise\u2014whether that\u2019s guided small group training, individualized coaching, or access to the best gym equipment available.\u201d<\/p>\n

The expansion introduces Resistance Strength, described as a thoughtfully designed open gym with top-of-the-line equipment sourced from across the country. Members will have access to both F13\u2019s training programs and the open gym environment under a single membership.<\/p>\n

Eschbach credits his wife, Meredith, and their three daughters for supporting the growth of the business, noting the family worked nights and weekends to develop it.<\/p>\n

The grand opening celebration will include facility tours, opportunities to meet coaches, basket raffles from neighboring Tilghman Square businesses, a DJ, and vendors.<\/p>\n
