WINONA, Minn. \u2013 The Gustavus Adolphus College women’s soccer team battled the Saint Mary’s University Cardinals on the road Saturday afternoon in a conference contest. The two teams battled to a scoreless tie in the final game of the season for the Gusties.

\nGustavus entered the game with the chance to secure the No. 6 seed in the MIAC Playoffs with a win, while Saint Mary’s could have had either a win or a tie to secure the final playoff berth. With the tie, the Gusties fell out of playoff contention.

\nThe Cardinals outshot Gustavus 19-8 in the game. Cambelle Waldspurger<\/a> led the Gusties with three total shots and two on goal.

\nKatelyn Olson<\/a> saved all 11 of Saint Mary’s shots on goal for Gustavus.
\n\u00a0
\nThe Gusties close their 2025 campaign with an overall record of 7-6-5 and a 4-5-2 record in the MIAC.
