\u201cJersey Shore\u201d star Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino<\/a> recently underwent an abs-olute body transformation \u2014 getting back the impressive six-pack he flaunted at every opportunity when the show premiered almost 16 years ago.<\/p>\n Sorrentino, 43, told The Post that to resurrect his washboard abs, he cut out all his favorite Italian foods<\/a> like chicken cutlets and pasta, and hit the gym for close to two hours five days a week and is now down 30 pounds. <\/p>\n \u201cJersey Shore\u201d star Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino revealed a 30-pound weight loss. I\u2019m also realizing that maybe a lot of genetics have to do with it because as soon as I lost the weight, the abs are just there,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Oh my God, God decided to give me back my abs.’\u201d<\/p>\n The dad of three sticks to a strict diet of four scrambled eggs and oatmeal in the morning, roasted or grilled chicken and rice for lunch, and steak, chicken or fish paired with a sweet potato for dinner.<\/p>\n \u201cAbs are made in the kitchen.
