Barcelona<\/a> are reportedly interested in completing a deal for Arsenal<\/a> captain Martin Odegaard <\/a>next summer.<\/p>\n Article continues under the video<\/p>\n The Norway international has been plagued by several injury issues so far this campaign and he has only been able to make seven appearances since the beginning of 2025-26 as a result.<\/p>\n Despite this, Odegaard remains one of Arsenal\u2019s most important players and Barcelona have earmarked him as a key target for 2026 amid their pursuit of additional midfield reinforcements.<\/p>\n That is according to renowned X account IndyKaila<\/a>, who posted on social media: \u201cFC Barcelona have added Martin Odegaard to their shortlist.<\/p>\n \u201cWe understand Barcelona believes the player is ready for a major career change.
