It gives my body a short rest from digestion and helps balance energy and appetite. My go-to breakfast is eggs, avocado, and toast \u2014 keeps me full without a sugar crash,\u201d Jothi said.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Walking as exercise<\/p>\n<p>She added, \u201cPushing a heavy pram up hills became my resistance and cardio in one. Walking works because it\u2019s low stress on the body, easy to stay consistent with, and builds strength over time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 3. Hydration<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of drinks she &#8216;actually enjoys&#8217;, Jothi said: \u201cI drink more because I make it taste good \u2014 coconut water, sparkling apple juice + lemon, or magnesium sachets. Hydration helps maintain stable energy, skin, and cravings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 4. I rest when I can (haven\u2019t slept properly since 2020) and recharge through creativity and alone time \u2014 because stress management helps the body release fat and recover.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 6. Supplements<\/p>\n<p>She added, \u201cI take magnesium, vitamin D, omega-3, and black cumin seed oil, which support energy, hormones, and metabolism naturally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 7. Perspective<\/p>\n<p>According to her, \u201cRecovery looks different for everyone. Consistency beats perfection. Go easy on yourself your body\u2019s already done something incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 8. Genetics and hormones<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGenetics, hormones, and breastfeeding all affect recovery speed and how your body stores fat.
