<\/p>\nShah Rukh Khan interacted with fans like never before at a fan event held in an auditorium in Mumbai on November 2, 2025, that is, on the occasion of his 60th birthday. This was the day when the much-awaited glimpse of his upcoming film, King, was unveiled, and it broke the internet. At this fan event, SRK shared interesting details about King and also ended up talking about who he has been paired opposite in the film.<\/p>\n

Shah Rukh Khan said, \u201cI don\u2019t want to give out too much of the story of King. Once more and more assets come up, you\u2019ll know more about the film. There are several characters in the film. The idea behind the film is that we end up taking big decisions when we end up taking things personally. We should think whether what we are doing is right or not.\u201d<\/p>\n
He continued, \u201cAlso, we are not going to take any sides in King. If you like our thought, then do follow it. Ya fir bura hi karte rehna!\u201d<\/p>\n
At this point, a fan from the audience said that they have a lot of pyaar for Shah Rukh Khan. The superstar replied, \u201cMere saath film mein Deepika Padukone bhi hai. Pyaar toh zaroor hoga!\u201d<\/p>\n
Later, he also spoke highly of Siddharth Anand, who directed him in Pathaan (2023) and who also helms King. SRK said, \u201cSiddharth is a very, very organized director. I learned a lot. I didn\u2019t know how to play an action hero before that. I have done a couple of action films, but when a director directs you and tells you certain things while you are trying to do a scene, you have to be smart enough to understand and take it from him.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added, \u201cI have never done \u2018hero-hero\u2019 massy films; maybe Karan Arjun (1995). Baazigar (1993) was a very evil character. Hence, whatever Sid told me, I imbibed that. As a matter of fact, it helped me do what I did in Jawan (2023). We have become friends now as we\u2019ve been working for 2-3 years. What also transpired is that he understood how I\u2019d like to create a new kind of macho hero. Also, he\u2019s a very aesthetic director. He\u2019s wonderfully aesthetic. Bahut sundar banata hai film ko.\u201d<\/p>\n
