A rack that\u2019s affordable and stylish is the unicorn of the hi-fi furniture world \u2014 and I think I\u2019ve found one. Meet the Eiffel AS07 from FitUEyes, whose 15.5kg and 78cm-tall structure tapers backwards to put four wood-laminate shelves in a metal trapezoidal frame. Think: industrial office meets Mid-Century Modern.<\/p>\n
The top and bottom shelves each support 50kg, and the middle two \u2013 whose positions are adjustable \u2013 20kg each. There\u2019s enough space for a turntable on top, a large amplifier on the bottom and a streaming DAC and phono stage in between. Shelf depth and width vary slightly, but each one is large enough for a standard-width (43cm) hi-fi component.
