A child\u2019s scooter is seen lying on the sidewalk a few metres away from the car involved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWith regards to our Collision Reconstruction Unit, there are various different things they\u2019re going to be looking at: speed of the vehicle, direction of travel, where the collision took place, things of that nature. So that\u2019ll form part of the investigation that is currently ongoing,\u201d Const.
