\u201cI need to remove all stress,\u201d the \u201cMalificent\u201d star wrote in a May 2021 email to her business manager, per legal documents obtained by USA Today<\/a> Wednesday.<\/p>\n She added in the partially redacted email, \u201cI honestly feel I am getting sick from worry. So I would like us to discuss better support. GC Images<\/p>\n Another email from November 2023 \u2014 submitted into evidence by Pitt\u2019s legal team on Oct. 29, according to People<\/a> \u2014 was a response from the \u201cTomb Raider\u201d star\u2019s lawyers over an alleged $35 million lawsuit by Pitt, 61.<\/p>\n \u201cThe burdensome nature of any production is a matter of Mr. Pitt\u2019s own creation\u2014he is suing Ms. Jolie for $35 million in damages,\u201d the attorneys reportedly wrote at the time. <\/p>\n \u201cAs a result, he has to incur the expense of producing the documents that will show (or not show) those damages.\u201d <\/p>\n A third email from Jolie\u2019s team, dated October 2023, seemingly corroborated the allegation that he\u2019s suing Jolie for millions, stating that the \u201cInglorious Basterds\u201d actor is \u201cseeking ongoing damages for alleged harm to Miraval\u2019s ongoing operations.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI honestly feel I am getting sick from worry,\u201d she wrote in the 2021 email, which was revealed as part of documents recently filed by Brad Pitt\u2019s legal team. GC Images<\/p>\n Pitt\u2019s team also requested that the judge nix\u00a0Jolie\u2019s request that Pitt hand over $33,000\u00a0to cover attorney\u2019s fees. GC Images<\/p>\n Pitt also requested that the judge nix\u00a0Jolie\u2019s request that Pitt hand over $33,000<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 an amount she previously asked the court to order for the attorneys\u2019 fees to file an opposition to his original request for the private emails. <\/p>\n Pitt initially filed a lawsuit\u00a0in 2022<\/a> alleging that the Oscar-winning actress offloaded her part of the winery despite an alleged agreement requiring the other person\u2019s approval to make a sale. <\/p>\n Jolie, 50, denied there was such an agreement and fired back with her own lawsuit <\/a>\u2014 alleging the \u201cOnce Upon a Time in Hollywood\u201d star had leveled what she called a \u201cvindictive war\u201d against her.<\/p>\n Pitt, Jolie\u2019s team alleged, had declined the opportunity to buy Jolie out of the winery because she didn\u2019t want to sign a non-disclosure agreement that would have prevented her from speaking about an alleged 2016 incident on a plane. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n Pitt initially filed a lawsuit against Jolie in 2022, alleging they had an agreement not to sell without one another\u2019s approval.
